Position Summary:


Position Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for the OverallAccount Management. Providefull life cycle of Sales and recruiting functions

Qualify potential accountsand job orders by contacting prospective and existingcustomers and gathering information regarding their needs and preferences

Prioritize job orders based on business needs, urgency, and revenue potential; communicate information to Recruiting team to support their efforts

Ensure customer satisfaction by personally servicingaccounts as the primary businesscontact for all needs, communicating the client’s requirements and expectations internally, servicing client needs according to expectations and agreements, and resolving conflicts

Ensure arrangements are satisfactory and profitable by negotiating, draftingand managing client contract agreements

Maintain strong employeerelationships through regularcontact in order to solicitreferrals, identify additional business opportunities, control turnover, and ensure client satisfaction

Facilitate workflow efficiency, strategy and company growth by actively participating in meetings, openly communicating ideasand observations, and working collaboratively with others

Maintain and increasemarket share withinexisting accounts by building long‐termrelationships with clients, identifying new contacts and opportunities within existing accounts, applying a consultative selling approach to determining client requirements and expectations, and servicing client needs

Monitor and maintainaccurate account activities by regularly updatingbusiness systems and databases

Might require to travel



Position KSA’s: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)


Minimum 2+ years of experience in an IT Staffing environment

Experience using 3rd party job boards and Internet navigation tools

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Extremely detail orientedand thorough with the abilityto manage multipletasks simultaneously

Experience recruiting in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment

Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

Team player, independent and self‐motivated withoutmuch supervision

Key Competencies:

Business Acumen – Understanding industrytrends, including clients,market and unemployment conditions. Knowledge of staffing processes and policies to ensure 100% compliance

Customer centric ‐ Knowledge and experience buildinga strategic sourcingplan and abilityto proactively plan to meet customer requirements

Team player/ leadership – Ability to develop win‐winrelationship with team members, client and leaders
