Position Title: Sales Specialist


Location: Norristown, PA


Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our Cleanup & Restoration company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth in the fire and water damage restoration sector.


Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fire and water cleanup and restoration industry. This includes targeting commercial, residential, and insurance markets.

Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, including property managers, insurance agents, contractors, and homeowners.

Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company’s restoration services and capabilities.

Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.

Prepare Proposals and Contracts: Develop and submit proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential clients, ensuring they align with company pricing strategies and policies.

Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure client needs are met and service delivery is aligned with client expectations.

Attend Networking Events: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase brand visibility and generate leads.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the fire and water restoration industry or a similar service-oriented sector.


Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies and Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
