Position Overview: Seeking a highly experienced and motivated Private Equity Vice President to join their dynamic team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in private equity, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to lead complex transactions from inception to completion. This is a key leadership role that requires strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the private equity landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, due diligence, transaction structuring, and portfolio management.
  • Develop and execute investment strategies to identify and capitalize on value creation opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with portfolio company management teams, industry contacts, and co-investors.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, modeling, and valuation to support investment decisions.
  • Oversee the preparation of investment committee presentations and other relevant documentation.
  • Drive post-investment value creation initiatives, including operational improvements, strategic planning, and exit strategies.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and executing private equity transactions.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
