Position Summary:

  • Oversee the overall supply/demand flow of the business through the use of Atlas, Oracle E-business Suite, and ASCP. Analyze global demand through various sales channels and provide forecast and planning recommendations. Support Operations, Sales, and Finance by facilitating review and alignment with sales and production forecasts.
  • Support building and leading Sales Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings. This will include creating presentation materials through cross-functional collaboration, research and data updates.

Position Responsibilities:

  • ·Analyze the overall supply/demand flow of the business through the use of Atlas, Oracle E-business Suite, and Oracle ASCP. Analyze and maintain forecast models for the products, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance and other sources.
  • This position leads the dialogue each month for the respective products with key counterparts in Sales, Business Units and Product Management.
  • Strong functional skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of business needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations in all phases of a project life cycle implementation, gap analysis, mapping, testing, and business process development.
  • Develop/execute supply base optimization strategies and action plans.
  • Integrates solutions across the business through application of a broad understanding of how the company operates.
  • Work with supply base to identify and optimize safety, quality, delivery, and cost initiates.
  • Develops and recommends best practices.
  • Manage projects and tasks to meet deliverables and deadlines.

  • Supports “Lean Business Enterprise” initiatives for continuous process improvement and waste elimination.
  • Support and lead S&OP meetings with sales and operations leaders within Enovate and Ergotron organizations.

Position Requirements (Knowledge and Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Oracle and Salesforce. Proficient in Business Intelligence applications, Microsoft Power BI preferred.
  • Extensive ERP/MRP and Oracle experience required; Demand Management/Forecast software experience required, Atlas Planning Demand Management is preferred.
  • Five plus years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, planning, or master scheduling.
  • Understanding of common forecast methodologies and principles.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with outside resources and all levels of internal resources.
  • Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job as described to you for the position.
