Insight Global is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager with expertise in People Management, Ceridian Dayforce Payroll Configuration, and Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams. This role involves leading payroll operations for US, Canada, and Virgin Islands, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and managing a team of three analysts. The candidate should have strong payroll technology background, specifically within the tool Dayforce. This position will require overseeing end-to-end payroll processes, system enhancements, and legal compliance, including year-end processing and W2/T4 reconciliation. 20-25% of their day will be configurations, 30-40% on following up with Stakeholders, and the remainder working on projects to expand Dayforce into other geographics. This is a hybrid role; Tuesday and Thursday onsite, rest of the week is remote. The salary expectations for this role are $100k to $120k.
MUST HAVES:
-Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll analysis, with a focus on system configurations.
-Proficiency with Configuration in Ceridian Dayforce Payroll model
-Management Experience
