Caudalie is seeking a Community Coordinator to join our Social Media & Content Team and lead community management across all social media channels. This role is based in our New York City office (Flatiron) and will report directly to the Senior Social Media & Content Manager.


The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with excellent verbal and written communication skills. They have extensive knowledge of social media platforms and thrive in fast-paced environments. As the direct connection between consumers and the brand, the Community Coordinator will embody Caudalie’s values to foster meaningful connections and serve as a knowledgeable resource for our rapidly growing communities across all social media channels.


FUNCTIONS:

  • Actively moderate, interact, and respond to questions, comments, and concerns across all US social media channels daily.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Marketing, PR, Ecomm) to promptly address customer needs.
  • Engage with all tagged content, mentions, and DMs across all social media channels daily.
  • Proactively engage with influencers, UGC creators, and like-minded brands, identifying opportunities to surprise our community.
  • Utilize a creative eye to identify trends, up-and-coming creators, best-in-class user-generated content (UGC), and opportunities to boost content.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Social Media & Content Manager to develop strategies for increasing engagement, awareness, and affinity.
  • Track and share relevant feedback and brand sentiment with cross-functional teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.


QUALIFCATIONS & SKILLS:


Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably at a beauty, lifestyle, or luxury brand.
  • Working proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.



Other Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and familiarity with social media management software (Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and solve problems efficiently and thoughtfully.
  • Creative eye for identifying trends and user-generated content (UGC).
  • Passion for skincare/beauty, staying updated on new launches, trends, and industry news.


Work Hours & Location:

  • Reports to the Senior Social Media & Content Manager, Americas.
  • Available to work Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
  • Hybrid work schedule office/remote defined by management.
  • Work location is in the corporate office located in New York City, NY.
