Job Summary: The Women's Health Ambassador is responsible for developing and executing

comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products to Women's Health Direct to

Consumer brands. This role requires a blend of clinical knowledge and marketing expertise to

effectively communicate the value and benefits of clinical offerings to Women's Health Directors

to consumer company decision makers. The WHA will be the face of Precision Compounding

Pharmacy on Linkedin and other social media channels.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies with agencies and campaigns to promote

women's health clinical services and products.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals.


Clinical Oversight

- Prepare clinical information from our catalog that can be presented to marketing agencies.

- Explain the clinical advantages and disadvantages of Women's health medication on social

media platforms.


Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with the clinical team to understand services and ensure accurate and effective

communication.


- Partner with sales, product development, and other departments to create cohesive

marketing strategies.


Brand Management:

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and industry influencers.


Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, ROI, and KPIs.


Qualifications:

- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

- Master’s degree preferred.


- Experience:

- Minimum of 7-10 years of clinical experience in marketing

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

- Prior experience working directly with or for D2C healthcare companies in this space


- Skills:

- Strong understanding of clinical environments and healthcare industry dynamics.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
