Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies
  • Manage and organize case files, documents, and exhibits
  • Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and trials
  • Prepare and file court documents, including e-filing
  • Assist with document production, including reviewing, organizing, and analyzing documents
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys, such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining contact lists


Qualifications:


  • Experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm setting
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, including federal and state rules of civil procedure
  • Proficient in legal research and using legal databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software, such as document management systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
