The CIVIL ENGINEER PROJECT MANAGER (RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS) role will be empowered to support the Engineering team assisting with engineering primarily for new residential communities.


The Project Manager be empowered to assure construction plans and studies necessary to construct infrastructure improvements to serve single-family residential communities throughout North Texas are completed on time and meet project requirements and standards for construction in the North Texas area.


The Project Manager will lead a team of 3-12 civil engineers and designers and will have the ability to grow their team as workload allows.


What You are Responsible For:

• Identify scope of projects and potential projects

• Prepare and maintain project schedules and resources

• Help train and mentor Project Engineer and assists with calculations and reports

• Responsible for construction plans, reports, and studies

• Coordinate all subconsultants and staff to meet deadlines

• Attend public hearings (i.e., Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council Meetings)

• Meet with City/County officials to discuss project requirements/submittals

• Attend industry events and become involved in the community


What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• 6+ years of professional work experience

• Professional Engineer license

Eligible to work in US for any employer without sponsorship and no restrictions now or in the future

(This client cannot hire H1B or STEM-OPT now or future)
