Responsibilities

  • Imaging, Configuration, and Troubleshooting: You’ll handle the imaging, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of personal computers and software. Your technical expertise will be crucial in diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
  • Documentation and Reporting: As an engineer, you’ll create comprehensive documentation and run reports. Clear communication and attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate records.


  • Required Skills & Experience: A minimum of 5 years in technical support within a computer support environment. However, we’ll consider less time if you demonstrate a natural aptitude for the role.
  • Education: An associate degree in computer science and/or business, or equivalent work experience.
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: You thrive in a customer-oriented, positive team environment. Your friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills set you apart.
  • Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Essential Job FunctionsPlatform Support: Engage in supporting computer platforms across corporate, campus, and data center locations.
  • Project Support: Provide assistance on single projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
