The Role

This role will report to our Industrial Commercial (Trade) Marketing Manager. Primary responsibilities be focused on the management and facilitation of our product launch cycles with various internal stakeholders. Manage the relationship with our fulfillment house regarding inventory set up, maintenance and analysis. Maintain existing promotions and development of new promotions through various vendors. Execution of events/tradeshows and the development and refurbishment of show properties.


This will be accomplished through collaboration with marketing, regional managers, field sales and product managers and other support teams


Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Develop, Manage and maintain a variety of sales and customer promotions and programs
  • Creation and maintenance of our internal/external sales email communications
  • Manage the Trade product launch cycle which involves updates on all product deliverables and marketing support needed for each product at launch.
  • Facilitate and manage special “off cycle” launches and communications
  • Manage the development of an ongoing merchandising activation program
  • Oversee merchandising inventory levels and manage relationship with third-party vendor.
  • Visits with sales and customers
  • Assist in customer programs and projects as necessary
  • Work within defined budgets


Individual Requirements:

  • Business/marketing degree with a minimum of 5-7 years marketing experience
  • Experience in the electrical industry a plus
  • Ability to think creatively, detailed oriented and excel in multi-tasking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to conduct meetings and give presentations to internal and external audiences
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required
  • Other: Excellent communication and conceptual thinking, information seeking, confident, customer service orientated, presentation skills, collaboration, organizational awareness & commitment, ability to deliver in fast-paced environment


Additional Information:

  • This position is Monday - Friday, standard business hours and located in Wilmington, MA.
  • There is minimum in-office requirement of 3 days per week.
  • Relocation and/or work sponsorship are not offered with this position.
