Our client is a financial services organization that is dynamic and growing. They are currently looking for a Temporary Office Receptionist/Coordinator to work with their team. The role requires you to work on-site for four days a week and remotely for one day.


As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to C-Suite Executives, managing the day-to-day office activity, and performing receptionist duties. We are looking for a candidate who has experience using Greenhouse, Slack, and Gmail, and is highly organized. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a lean team, handle a high-volume workload, and be able to account for your work at any given time.


The ideal candidate for this role must have at least three years of experience as a receptionist or office coordinator. You must be based in downtown NY and able to work onsite. The location of the job is in the The Chelsey Flat Iron Area in NY. The duration of this role is 3-6 months, and the pay ranges from $25-$35 per hour.
