ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, acting as a trusted advisor, to gather requirements, develop comprehensive project plans, and oversee the entire ERP implementation journey from start to finish.
  • Embrace the challenge of engaging with stakeholders from different departments, managing change, and addressing concerns to ensure a seamless and successful ERP implementation.
  • Be the driving force behind assessing our current systems, identifying gaps, and providing actionable recommendations to ensure a flawless transition to the new ERP platform.
  • Showcase your exceptional teaching and training skills by developing and delivering top-notch end-user training programs, both remotely and on-site, ensuring a smooth adoption of the new system.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the ERP system, including user manuals, process flows, and system configuration records, serving as a valuable resource for the entire organization.
  • Forge strong partnerships with vendors and consultants, leveraging their expertise to maximize the potential of the ERP system during the implementation process.
  • Participate in data migration and integration, meticulously ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our valuable data.
  • Collaborate closely with our talented IT team, swiftly addressing and resolving system issues while prioritizing data security and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Continuously evaluate system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving post-implementation enhancements to ensure optimal efficiency.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for helping others and providing on-the-job training or guidance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience working with ERP systems, preferably in the dynamic retail industry or a similar field.
  • Knowledge of or experience in the cannabis industry or a related field is highly desirable and will give you an edge in understanding our unique challenges.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall are preferable and will allow you to lead with confidence and precision.
  • Experience with leading ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamic, Oracle NetSuite, SAP S/4 HANA, or similar systems will be highly valued and offer you a head start in this role.
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python), database management, and reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, Power BI), will set you apart as a true ERP expert.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required stand, walk, sit, talk or hear, use hands to finger or feel, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 10 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to climb and balance and lift up to 50 pounds. This position has no special vision requirements.
