Our client, a growing international organization with US operations headquartered in the Midwest, is adding a Business Analyst to their Chicago team (this is a HYBRID role, with 3 days onsite/2 days remote.) NOTE: All applicants need to currently live in the Chicagoland area since onsite work is required.

This position will report to the VP Finance & Operations and will work closely with the company's executive leadership team, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional groups. This individual will analyze product sales, geographies, channels, markets, and SKUs to provide the internal business partners with valuable insights on performance, pricing strategies, promotion effectiveness, margins, etc.

Requirements include 3+ years of FP&A experience from a manufacturing organization, Bachelors degree (in finance, accounting, or business administration), strong Excel skills, ERP experience, data visualization software experience (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar) proven financial modeling experience, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
