Overview: I-2-I Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control/Assurance Specialist to safeguard our company's reputation. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, methodical professional who has the experience necessary to take our services to the next level in accuracy, security, and safety. The specialist will be charged with developing a complete QA program that not only safeguards service quality but also fosters a culture in which all employees are actively engaged. Special note: I-2-I Solutions is a service provider, we do not have any products or software.


Logistical Details:

On Site: Birmingham, ALTravel: up to 50%Salary Range $60-65,000



Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and oversee product inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverablesAssist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental, and health and safety KPIsInvestigate reports of service quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirementsDevelop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaintsMonitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managersProvide training and support to quality assurance team members that covers systems, policies, procedures, and core processes



Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred; may be substitutable with certificates, training, or adequate real-world experienceMinimum two years of experience in a SERVICES Quality Control/Quality Assurance role A keen eye for detailStrong communication skillsComputer literacy
