Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage ground-up construction projects in the multifamily sector. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while leading a team of construction professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the construction process.
  • Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and safety regulations on-site.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in ground-up construction, specifically in multifamily projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Experience with wood framing and mixed-use developments is a plus.
