We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction project from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the construction project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of the project, including site preparation, foundation work, framing, electrical, plumbing, and finishing.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Manage the construction team, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Resolve any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in the multifamily industry.
  • Experience managing podium construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
