  • Extensive experience in multifamily preconstruction and construction project management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of contract documents, material and equipment usage, scheduling systems, productivity analysis, construction operations, and cash flow management.
  • Proven ability to manage large and complex projects, as well as multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, Procore is a HUGE plus
