JOB DESCRIPTION
HYBRID 3-DAYS
SALARY: $95-100K
What You’ll Do: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ● Driving thought leadership on each retailer’s advertising capabilities and guiding clients in building strong e-commerce plans ● Build end-to-end eCommerce strategy and plans for clients and be able to provide insight directly to the client and team ● Manage all eCommerce Paid Search campaigns, including proposal development, campaign activation & maintenance, and post-buy recaps ● Presenting to clients as well as speaking with them regarding recommendations on how to best drive brand needs in eCommerce ● Responsible for active management of campaigns with certain clients as well as training team members on search strategy and activation ● Work with the merchandising side of retailer relationships (ex: total business tracking, content management, couponing, etc.) What we need: ● Forward Thinking – challenges self, team, and the client to think beyond today’s solutions Team Collaboration – create a collaborative working environment where the notion of “team” comes before self ● Teacher/continuous learning – manage, train, and inspire team members to embrace continuous learning and ensure the team is effectively trained ● Ideation – create a vision for solving a challenge or opportunity
Who You Are: ● 3 + years of media experience with an emphasis on eCommerce or Paid Search Platforms ● Experience with Amazon marketing (AMS, Amazon DSP, Amazon OTT, AMC, etc.) ● Exposure to wider eCommerce platforms such as Walmart, Instacart, Kroger, and Quotient ● Experience working with the merchandising side of retailer relationships (ex: total business tracking, content management, couponing, etc.) ● Excellent communication skills as well as strong analytics and organizational skills ● The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with high attention to detail and to agency process ● Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively and work well under pressure to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines ● Extremely organized and proactive with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment
