The ideal candidate will possesses experience in capital improvement projects in a chemical manufacturing plant environment. You will play a critical role in creating, defining, preparing and leading capital improvement projects in line with the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Managing engineering projects that meet budget, efficiency, time and scope
  • Advise on proposed process modifications and create a business case as necessary
  • Ensure that the site capital improvement plans are in accordance with the site priorities
  • Identify opportunities and make suggestions for improving the production process
  • Ensure documentation and projects are compliant with all regulations
  • Ensure the production team has buy-in on all plant improvements


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in either Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 1 - 2 years' of engineering experience
  • Experience in a Chemical Plant
