We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a strong background in Learning and Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing learning and development programs that align with our organizational goals and enhance employee growth. The HR Manager will also manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring a supportive and productive work environment.



Key Responsibilities:

Learning and Development:

  • Design and Implement Learning Programs: Develop and execute training and development programs that support the company’s strategic objectives and meet the needs of employees at all levels.
  • Conduct Needs Assessments: Collaborate with department heads and employees to identify skills gaps and training needs, ensuring programs are relevant and effective.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training initiatives through feedback, performance metrics, and other evaluation methods to continually improve program offerings.
  • Manage Learning Platforms: Oversee the administration of learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools, ensuring accessibility and functionality for all employees.
  • Facilitate Workshops and Training Sessions: Lead or coordinate workshops, seminars, and training sessions, ensuring engaging and impactful delivery.

HR Management:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, manage conflict resolution, and foster a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes, including performance appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and goal-setting initiatives.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with legal regulations and industry standards, updating as necessary.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics related to training, performance, and employee engagement, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with a focus on Learning and Development. Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess training needs and effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
