The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the HR functions including onboarding, training and development, employee relations, workers compensation, and performance management, as well as ensuring compliance with state and federal laws across our California locations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources management

● PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

● Strong knowledge of California and federal employment laws.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

● Experience using Paychex payroll software is a plus.

● Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

● High ethical standards and integrity.

● Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Skills and Abilities:

● Excellent oral and written communication skills.

● Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
