Our client is currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator with a background in Human Resources or Talent Acquisitions.


This is a contract opportunity that is hybrid to either downtown Chicago or Riverwoods, IL.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through acting as the face of the company and ensuring a seamless interview experience.
  • Coordinates and schedules interviews for candidates and interview teams utilizing Outlook calendaring.
  • Book travel such as flights, hotel, and transportation for on-site interviews.
  • Process and submit expense reports for accounts payable to pay for the flights, hotel, transportation, and candidate reimbursements.
  • Ensure clear communication to candidate, recruiter, hiring manager and interview teams for all interviews and any associated changes or updates.
  • Escalate declined interviews and scheduling conflicts to the Recruiter and Hiring Manager for resolution.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Prior scheduling, administrative or coordination experience.
  • Workday Recruiting experience
  • Processing travel expenses with SAP/Concur Travel and Expenses
