Sales Administrative Assistant

The Sales Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to an individual, team, department in sales or group. Collects, reviews, and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, or specialized software. Prepares and distributes reports or other communications on a regular schedule.
Responsibilities
- General Administrative Functions: Setting up conference calls, Handling correspondence, Track UPS Shipments, Filing, Mass Mailing, and Travel Arrangements for Sales Managers.
- Prepare Presentations (includes mock-ups, samples, boards, binders, images and reports), and item spec sheets.
- Responsible for updating quarterly Action Plans for the Sales team
- Oversee all Sales Department Paylocity updates
- Prepare various reports, POS, Purchase and Buyers Books weekly and monthly.
- Responsible for customer pricing set up entering all pricing into D365 and on customer portals. Communicating pricing issues with Sales Managers and correcting pricing and UOM in D365
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
- Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
- Strong communication skills and understanding of sales process
