Our client, a Construction company is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their team in Miami, FL.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate restoration projects, adhering to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to establish project objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Manage and communicate with subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project requirements.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the restoration or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of restoration processes and techniques for high-rise buildings.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficient in project management software (Pro-Core / Microsoft Project) and tools.
- Relevant certifications or degrees in construction management or related fields are preferred.
