Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Tax Resolution Case Manager to oversee administrative tasks and assist Enrolled Agents (EAs) in managing cases. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our tax resolution services, supporting EAs in case management and leveraging automation systems to streamline processes. We are looking for a proactive individual who is a problem solver, analytical thinker, and open to embracing new ideas.


Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support to Enrolled Agents in managing tax resolution cases, including documentation, scheduling, and communication with clients and tax authorities.

· Assist in the preparation and filing of petitions, offers in compromise, installment agreements, and other necessary documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

· Utilize automation systems to organize case information, track deadlines, and streamline workflows, maximizing efficiency and productivity.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address administrative issues and implement process improvements, driving continuous optimization of our tax resolution services.

· Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on case status, fostering positive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

· Conduct research and analysis to support EAs in developing tax resolution strategies and solutions, contributing valuable insights to case management.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the tax or financial services industry.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

· Proficiency in office software and willingness to learn new automation systems.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset.

· Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

· Openness to new ideas and technologies, with a willingness to embrace innovation and drive process improvements.
