Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Automation: Lead the charge in automating our regression suite using Selenium, ensuring robust and reliable automated tests.
  • DevOps Integration: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, specifically using Azure Pipelines, to enhance our development and deployment processes.
  • Manual Testing: Conduct manual testing as required, with a goal to shift from the current 80% manual to 20% manual, balancing with automation and DevOps practices.
  • Efficiency Improvements: Identify and drive efficiencies within the QA processes, leveraging your expertise in DevOps and automation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to integrate testing into the development process and ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Reporting: Configure, run, and provide detailed reports on automation and testing results, ensuring transparency and actionable insights for the team.

Technical Skillsets Required:

  • Automation Tools: Proficient in Selenium for regression testing.
  • DevOps Practices: Experience with CI/CD, specifically Azure Pipelines, and a strong understanding of DevOps practices.
  • Programming & Scripting: Skilled in scripting languages for automation purposes.
  • Manual Testing: Ability to conduct thorough manual testing when needed.
  • Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Git, and other relevant QA and DevOps tools.


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in QA automation, particularly with Selenium.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, especially with Azure Pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and driving efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical details and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
