Job Title: Sales Enablement Content Creator

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 + Months Contract


  • Sales Enablement content creator position on the TFB marketing team.
  • Position will create various types of creative content including sales flyers, product positioning materials, ads for events/associations, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
  • Position would organize and maintain created content in a content management library for stakeholder use.
  • Role criteria:Must have expert-level experience with Adobe Creative and PowerPoint.
  • Candidates must have organization and project management experience.
  • Experienced storyteller with experience in measurable audience engagement.
  • Practiced in applying brand guidelines in materials and working closely with key stakeholders including brand, legal, product marketing, sales, field marketing.
  • Ability to work independently to progress work and proactively share progress with team members.
  • Bias for action and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and demonstrate flexibility in the review process and draft material modification.
  • Ability to present ideas and materials to speakers and leaders.
  • Basic qualifications5+ years as a graphic designer and creative content writer developer.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Expert user of Adobe Creative and PowerPoint, MS-Teams, MS 365.


  • Additional SkillsDesired Project Management, Content Management.
  • Preference to candidates who have worked in technology.

What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks). Working on sales enablement materials including designing ads for regional event/associations, designing flyers, pitch decks, working intake form, partnering with brand and legal closely as well as sales, campaigns, product marketing.

Preferred background/prior work experience? Graphic creative design, creative content writing for flyers and pitch materials, designing ads

Priority soft skills: Flexible and proactive, team player who listens and follows direction.
