Operations Assistant

Synergetic is currently accepting resumes for an Operations Assistant position. We are a Philadelphia-based audio/visual company that specializes in live events with customers that have ridiculous attention to detail. This individual will need to have a great personality and be able to work under tight timelines. Organizational skills will be key and an overall awesome attitude will make you do very well in this position.
Candidates should have a basic understanding of the audio/visual field to be successful in this position.
Expectations:
- Assisting with scheduling of our technicians
- Staffing shifts for the events that we are contracted for
- Assisting with crew call paperwork
- Various other operational tasks that make us successful
Requirements
- Have a working knowledge of all MS Office products
- Be available to answer texts/calls after hours
