Product Manager – Automotive Servicing and Digital Solutions

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with expertise in automotive servicing and digital products to join our team. This role will focus on driving the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital services and solutions aimed at transforming automotive servicing experiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to bring innovative, customer-centric solutions to market and optimize our digital offerings to meet evolving user needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for digital automotive servicing solutions, aligning with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Market & Customer Research: Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and user research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points in automotive servicing.
  • Digital Product Development: Lead the ideation, development, and launch of digital features and products that enhance the customer experience in automotive servicing.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on product goals and drive effective cross-functional execution.
  • Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor product performance, using data insights to continuously optimize and iterate on product features.
  • User Experience Focus: Work with design teams to ensure a seamless, user-centered design that enhances customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and release plans, ensuring all product initiatives are delivered on time and meet quality standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the automotive or technology sector.
  • Proven experience in digital product management, with a focus on mobile apps, SaaS, or digital service platforms.
  • Deep understanding of automotive servicing, maintenance processes, and customer pain points within the automotive service lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Productboard.
