We are seeking a Sr. Brand Director to join our growing team.


The Many is an integrated agency and a content studio. Sr. Brand Directors will oversee multiple pieces of businesses that tap services including unified strategy (built from a combination of brand, media, social and data strategy), creative development and execution and media planning and execution. The Sr. Brand Director position requires strong emotional intelligence, strategic leadership, ability to understand and communicate client needs, and successfully navigate internal cross-functional dynamics. You will be working directly with senior positions from the client and from your team.

What this role is responsible for:

● Lead and drive partnership with cohorts from Connections (all strategy, media and analytics disciplines) and Creation (creative, design, production, etc.) to run and maintain overall health of clients, projects and general execution against the agency’s remit

● Own the execution of the SOW, staffing plans, and the financial health of the business.

● Establish a level of excellence, continuity, and best practices across the team.

● Listen to the client and translate their needs to the internal team, to achieve a high-level of client services.

● Define, drive vision for team process, and deliver specified outcomes, outputs, campaign and programs for our clients and for the agency

● Lead this team in delivering day-to-day needs, decks and deliverables for client businesses

● Establish, maintain, and grow trust and relationships between client and agency, and The Many and other agency partners

● Provide strategic/thought leadership against the client’s business; owns and can clearly articulate a client’s core strategic challenge.

● Be a significant contributor - challenging the integrated team for excellence - to thoughtful and outstanding creative and integrated products

● Proactively look for ways to expand and grow business

● Strive upward while delegating tasks


What we need from you:

● Several years experience in account/brand management within a fully integrated creative agency; experience leading social-first, high-production clients strongly preferred

● Management experience overseeing and mentoring at least 2-3 people.

● Experience leading fully integrated teams and serving as the bridge between strategy, creative and media counterparts

● Ability to think strategically and contribute to strategy-driven conversations, managing many campaigns, internal and external needs at once

● Proven ability to work at all levels, strong organizational skills and able to pay close attention to the details

● Ability to work both independently and in a team environment effectively through challenges with a positive outlook

● Strong emotional intelligence

● Can showcase previous success in building the business and delivering results

● Strong presentation and communication skills (both written and oral)

● An expert in brands, campaigns and the advertising business in general

● Proven ability to work at all levels and able to pay close attention to the details

● An integral part and can speak to a few transformational case studies with great results

Our salary range for this opportunity is $155,000.00 to $170,000.00 annually. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package (i.e. benefits, retirement plan employer match, etc.).
