The schools business focuses on providing behavioral health and special education services to school districts by staffing high quality providers and delivering best in class training to our school district partners. Role Description
- This is a full-time for an Account Executive role at Tilly Therapy. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identify staffing needs in various education settings through targeted lead generation, proactive prospecting, strategic job posting, and cold calling initiatives.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with a diverse range of behavior health and special education professionals, establishing Tilly Therapy as the preferred partner for K12 district partners.
- Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, while fostering strong connections with providers and clients alike.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deeply understand the unique requirements of district partnerships, aligning them with the needs and aspirations of provider candidates to craft effective recruitment and placement strategies.
- Support the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration for new hires while adhering to all relevant hiring laws and regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, account management, and/or full cycle recruiting.
- High hiring bar; eye for match making the right talent
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
