Our client, a Global Nonprofit Organization, is seeking a temp to perm Gift Processing Associate to join their team in NYC. Exciting opportunity to work along a top producing team The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail and is a great problem solver.


Located in Midtown East, Manhattan.


Hours: 8:45am – 4:45pm with a 1 hour lunch break

*Hybrid Schedule


Responsibilities:

  • Managing data in Raiser’s Edge database
  • Troubleshoot gift entry issues, field internal inquiries regarding donors and gifts
  • Process Direct Mail and online gifts
  • Process all checks, wires, stocks, and foreign currency gifts in a batch through gift edit and entry
  • Enter pledges in a batch, process for finance approval
  • Handle the acknowledgement letters process
  • Process grant agreements for signature through all stakeholders
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Prior experience working with a CRM system
  • Experience with Raiser’s Edge is a plus
