Title: Account Executive - Southeast Region


Location: Atlanta, Georgia


We are looking to hire an Account Executive for dynamic, globally recognized apparel brands. The job candidate will be responsible for selling to and managing accounts in the Southeast region. Must be willing to service accounts through travel in the region and attend regional trade shows/markets. Prior fashion wholesale experience is a plus. 


The ideal candidate for this role is a quick learner, a self-starter, energized by meeting new people and enjoying the challenge of increasing monthly/yearly sales. The candidate should be proactive with the ability to excel under pressure and within given deadlines. 


Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales goals daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually. 
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional peers in sales, merchandising, and retail store owners/buyers.
  • Generate new and elevated business opportunities and leads.
  • Have strong relationships with buyers and leadership in the marketplace.
  • Focus on elevating and ensuring the brands are represented correctly within your accounts.
  • Manage the reorder and replenishment opportunities.
  • Strategize and creatively present new ideas/suggestions to drive Specialty Store business.
  • Create assortments targeted toward each specific account.
  • The candidate will be able to work within all facets of the order process, including customer service, logistics, and credit.
  • Organize, attend, and sell during tradeshows to buyers and clients.
  • The candidate will need a strong sense of style, an understanding of brand aesthetics, and a flexible attitude toward new projects.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree, 1+ years of fashion wholesale experience or 3+ years in retail sales 
  • Strong relationships with buyers and leadership in the marketplace
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and a creative thinker
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and planning skills
  • Excellent written skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to exercise time management and work independently
  • Performs tasks promptly and with a sense of urgency
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to travel frequently by car for road or trade shows
  • Proficient in JOOR, Nuorder, and Excel; preferred
