Must Have:

• Must have worked closely with financial modules within Oracle Fusion

Below are the requirements. More specifically, looking for someone that has lead migrating the Finance business from legacy financials systems to Oracle Fusion SaaS Cloud ERP/EPM/Procurement systems for a large $10B+ organizations with strong agile, waterfall and leadership mindset.

• Experience planning, leading and implementing large-scale ERP implementations.

• Experience implementing Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM, preferably migrating from on-prem Peoplesoft Financials to Oracle Fusion SaaS ERP/EPM/Procurement.

• Experience collaborating with Oracle, Solution Integrator, Finance business and Internal IT teams in defining and driving an enterprise project plan. Responsible for managing project resources, issue/risk, budget, project communications, steering committee communications, dependencies/milestones and overall project dashboard.

• High-level understanding of change management and ability to collaborate with OCM, process engineering and corporate communications teams in driving change management plans.

• A deeper understanding of applications integrations and integrations architecture.

• Over 15 years of proven and hands-on project and program management experience in delivering both waterfall and agile projects and programs, at an enterprise level.

• Quick learner and self-starter that is not afraid to face ambiguity, demonstrate integrity and hold the cross-functional teams accountable.

• A solid exec. leadership level communicator.

• PMP and Agile certifications are a must.

• A cloud-certified professional.

• Grocery Retail and Distribution experience is a plus.

• Open to travel on an as needed basis to Grand Rapids, Minneapolis, and Norfolk VA and other domestic locations.
