Requirements of the Talent Acquisition Advisor:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience
  • Ability to influence decision-makers and provide an exceptional experience for potential hires
  • Self-starter who works with accuracy and diligence



Duties of the Talent Acquisition Advisor:

  • Work closely with the hiring team to successfully fill positions
  • Develop candidate sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Screen potential candidates and participate in the interview process
  • Guide the hiring team through the offer process
  • Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding process



What to Expect as the Talent Acquisition Advisor:

  • Pay: $62.00/hr
  • 12 Month contract position
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
