VISION: Fast growing healthcare service (in less than 7 years have organically grown to over 500 employees) targeting USA marketplace. Looking for a hands-on business administration and operations leader with COO potential. This is a profitable and patient focused enterprise with plans to be over 1,000 employees over next 2-3 years. Just moved into brand new corporate offices.


OPPORTUNITY: Report to CEO. Have full responsibility for all controls, policies, systems, practices, process improvements, and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced setting. Company is poised and committed for continues growth and profitability. Here are a few examples of opportunities to contribute:


  • Strategy: Partner with CEO on strategic goals, decision making and risk assessment for operational activities to drive the overall growth and profitability. Business is growing organically over 25% annually.


  • Operations: Plan and monitor daily operations to ensure efficient and effective functioning of medical provider, healthcare services and patient. Establish and maintain metrics and standards to measure overall efficiency and effectiveness. Be the ambassador of policy and the voice of reason with customers (i.e., hospitals, medical clinics, doctors), patients, and operational leadership.


  • Process Improvement: Evaluate the efficiency of existing business procedures and implementing improvements to optimize productivity and ensure the timely delivery of services and products. Communicate policies and directives to managers and staff; foster a culture of continuous improvement. Examples: (1) Identify ways to enhance customer service and satisfaction through continual growth, ensuring a positive experience for clients; (2) do we need to upgrade software?; (3) create a rewards program for leadership.


  • Financial: Be responsible for annual budget, capital expenditures, cash management and treasury. Review financial information to make informed decisions and enhance profitability.


  • Client Management: To date, CEO has been the lead on business development and client management. Looking to have this role be the Client Lead for specific clients relevant to ongoing administration and communications.


REQUIREMENTS: BS required; MBA or Six Sigma certification ideal. Seek 10+ years of business experience with at least 4 years as Operations or Finance Director in a medical or professional service business model (i.e., information technology, home delivery, temp/staffing agency). Must be willing to be in office 4 days a week. No relocation considered or offered.


REWARD: $160,000 to $200,000 DOE plus incentives and excellent benefits.
