- Communicate management's policies and procedures to employees.
- Complete annual performance evaluations of department managers.
- Provide leadership to shape employees' attitudes and build morale.

- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of physical assets.

- Maintain key financial ratios, including parts inventory turns and accounts receivable.
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- At least 10 years of experience in dealership sales, service, or parts capacity.
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisor position.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing.
- Training in dealership computer systems.
