  • Service Quality: Monitor and enforce Jan Pro's cleaning and disinfecting standards, conducting regular quality audits to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Client Relations: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, ensuring service consistency, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Jan Pro's cleaning protocols, safety standards, and industry regulations, including CDC and OSHA guidelines for disinfecting.
  • Inventory & Equipment Management: Oversee the distribution of cleaning supplies and equipment to franchisees, ensuring proper use, maintenance, and stock levels.
  • Budget & Expense Management: Track operational expenses, control budgets, and look for ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs without compromising service quality.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve operational challenges, equipment issues, or client requests swiftly and effectively.
  • Training & Development: Provide ongoing training to franchisees and staff on new cleaning technologies, disinfection protocols, and safety procedures.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with health and safety regulations, with an emphasis on disinfecting protocols to prevent the spread of illness.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within janitorial, cleaning, or disinfecting services.
  • Knowledge of cleaning and disinfecting procedures, including chemical use and safety, and floor care.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and support franchise owners.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and budgets simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with OSHA standards, CDC guidelines for disinfection, and other relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency with scheduling, operations management, and reporting software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in operations management or facility management are a plus.
