The Outside Sales Account Manager is responsible for increasing Ambassador’s share of the local marketplace to achieve company goals and budgets.


Principle Responsibilities:

• Proficient at cold calling B2B and via telephone

• Provide solutions

• Grow current business

• Manage time, sets priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task

• Build relationships

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment

• Increase market share and generate new business

• Prepare proposals

• Expert in negotiations

• Prepare weekly sales reports and metrics


Experience Required:

• Ability to successfully communicate verbally and in writing

• Business to Business sales experience

• Able to demonstrate exemplary performance in attitude, attendance, and professional image

• Must display initiative and creativity in problem-solving

• Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes

• Able to demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques

• Ability to follow through and provide excellent customer service

• Work well in a team environment

• Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills


Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in business or other related discipline preferred.

• One year of experience in the staffing industry OR related sales and management field

• Willingness to travel within territory
