As a Sales Assistant Manager at Lumber Liquidators, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional support to customers in selecting the ideal flooring solutions for their projects. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service. Assist in managing daily store operations and provide leadership in the absence of the Store Manager. Mentor and guide team members to achieve their individual sales targets. Oversee the organization and maintenance of the warehouse and stockroom. Engage in proactive selling, including reaching out to potential customers.Qualifications for Success:
A strong passion for customer service and a desire for career growth within the organization. At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or retail. A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background. An interest in home improvement and the ability to influence flooring design choices. Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
