Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and independent professional with strong Excel skills and analytical abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large volumes of data, particularly in enrollment files, and possess the capability to manage processes autonomously after initial training. Effective communication skills are essential for coordinating with customers and ensuring data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and review Excel spreadsheets to ensure correct formatting; address any issues by either making necessary corrections or reaching out to customers.
- Utilize Excel to reformat files, apply formulas, and manage date reformatting within those formulas.
- Analyze data, especially within enrollment files, to ensure accuracy and maintain data cleanliness.
- Independently manage the data processing workflow, escalating issues only when necessary.
- Handle large volumes of data, making independent decisions on what needs escalation and what can be managed directly.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate Excel skills, including experience with formulas, reformatting dates within formulas, and data comparison.
- Familiarity with enrollment files and some exposure to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately.
- Ability to work independently after training, with strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Experience managing and ensuring the accuracy of large data sets.
