Position Title: EDI Enrollment Analyst 

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Position Overview: We are seeking two EDI Enrollment Analysts to join our team in Philadelphia. These roles require strong Excel skills, effective communication, and analytical abilities. While some EDI experience is preferred, the ideal candidates should be eager to learn and grow in this area.

Key Responsibilities:

Excel Data Management: Receive, review, and reformat Excel spreadsheets, ensuring proper formatting and data accuracy. Apply formulas and reformat dates within those formulas to clean and organize data.

Data Analysis: Analyze large volumes of data, particularly within enrollment files, to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Escalate issues when necessary while managing the rest independently.

Customer Coordination: Communicate effectively with customers to resolve formatting issues or discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.

Independent Management: After initial training, manage the data processing workflow autonomously, handling tasks efficiently and with minimal supervision.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Excel Proficiency: Intermediate skills in Excel, including experience with formulas, data manipulation, and comparison. No need for advanced skills like Macros or pivot tables.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to identify, assess, and escalate issues as needed.

Communication: Effective communication skills for coordinating with customers and internal teams.

EDI Exposure: Some familiarity with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is preferred, with a willingness to learn more.

Autonomy: Ability to work independently after training, managing tasks and processes with minimal supervision.

Not Looking For:

Candidates with extensive EDI experience (though some exposure is preferred). Individuals who require constant supervision or lack the ability to work autonomously.
