My client is a well-established global device company in the cardiovascular industry with emerging surgical devices in the venous and peripheral intervention space. They have several unique devices within the portfolio and are continuing to acquire new companies to further expand the product line. They are looking for a Regional Clinical Specialist who can work with interventional cardiologists/radiologists and vascular surgeons in the Chicago and Northern Indiana region. The position is remote with expectations of traveling to different territories with a mix of flying and driving. This person will be out in the field most days to assist physicians with devices in the Cath lab, as well as driving business and ensuring growth.


What you need to be a Regional Clinical Specialist

  • 2-5 years of clinical experience working within the Cath lab
  • Clinical experience and knowledge of structural heart procedures is a major plus
  • Team player and hunter sales mentality, drive to succeed and scale
  • Ability to travel 2 to 3 days a week to a different state in the region
  • Growth mindset

In addition to this Regional Clinical Specialist role, they are looking to hire another clinical specialist and a territory manager for the large pre-existing business in the region. This will be a highly collaborative, team player role with a divide and conquer mentality.
