Scheduling Support - 2 Roles (1 Senior/Mid-Level Planner and 1 Junior Planner)


Responsibilities:

Task 1: Program Planning Support

  • Collaborate with program managers, engineers, and finance teams to standardize project schedules.
  • Assist in creating proposal schedules, including tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Help in scheduling for program dependencies.
  • Generate schedule summaries for briefings and reports.
  • Automate program planning processes and toolsets.
  • Develop an integrated schedule for tracking key milestones across all programs.


Task 2: Schedule Management

  • Assist in maintaining and updating program schedules.
  • Provide regular schedule updates.
  • Implement schedule performance metrics.
  • Create "what-if" tools for risk assessments and trade studies.
  • Continuously improve scheduling processes.
  • Manage the overall portfolio schedule and performance metrics.


Task 3: Dependency Management

  • Develop and manage a tracker for internal and external dependencies.
  • Integrate dependencies with the program of record.
  • Manage and report on government-furnished equipment dependencies.
