The Product Specialist will be accountable for providing support to the product manager to ensure a fit for purpose, profitable product line. Job Responsibilities

  • Lead in EHS & ethics as part of our culture of safety & doing what’s right with diversity, equity & inclusion as a core principle
  • Responsible for product life cycle & related processes like product
  • introduction, SKU rationalization, launch & growth campaigns
  • Data analytics and reporting for the product line
  • Contribute to VOC and gap analysis
  • Brainstorm ideas/new opportunities for our solutions and value propositions
  • Lead cost out projects to maintain and improve product margins
  • Engage in digitization of solutions and tools
  • Work closely with supply chain & technology to support end-to-end
  • development, trialing, scale-up & production of our solutions
  • Liaise with sourcing to understand supply strategies, preferred suppliers & ways to best manage our RM portfolio
  • Ambassador of our purpose “Ecological Transformation” & focus to drive sustainability in our offerings

Program Eligibility Requirements & Qualifications

  • B.S. in an engineering/science/technical or business discipline or related technical experience
  • 0-5 years of relevant sales, product management, marketing, and/or technical experience.
  • Appreciation to embrace a vision, understand strategy & own actions to deliver the plan
  • Strong process & project management skills with ability to drive projects & meet deadlines
  • Good at building relationships & networks in matrix organizations
  • Strong analytical & computer skills (Google and MS)
  • Excellent communication skills - both oral & written
