Job Title: Tableau Architect

Work Location Tampa FL


Job Description:


  • 15+ years experience in delivering Business Intelligence Solutions and 9+ years of experience with OLTP & OLAP database models (Dimension models)
  • Fluent in Relational Database Concepts and Flat File processing concepts
  • Enthused to work in Software Development Lifecycles/Methodologies such as Agile.
  • Believes in knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaborations and can communicate all aspecxts of the job requirements, including the creation of formal documentation
  • Enjoys working in End-to-End BI Architecture and is adept in Client Presentation skills
  • Has reasonable experience working in BI practice setup and evangelization.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in database technology like Oracle SQL Server, Modern DM environments (Snowflake, Redshift, etc), Databricks, etc. and Cloud Platforms like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform.
  • Profound knowledge of working in BI technology : Tableau & Power BI.
  • Experienced in working on Large Scale BI Migration projects.
  • Adept at understanding Tableau architecture in addition to knowing embedded BI Implementation..
  • Good in analytical, problem-solving skills, time management and organization skills.
  • Mandatory Certification - Tableau - Desktop Certified Associate OR Tableau - Desktop Certified Professional.


Responsibilities


  • As a Principal Architect, you will work to solve some of the most complex data management problems that would enable our clients as a data-driven organization
  • Build end-to-end BI architecture for a given customer problem statement
  • Seamlessly switch between roles of Individual Contributor, team member and Architect as demanded by each project to define, design and deliver actionable insights
  • Formulate and recommend standards for achieving maximum performance and efficiency in the Data Management ecosystems
  • Develop and maintain Data layer for aggregation, validation and presentation for reporting layer
  • Develop, assist and advice in the development of reports, dashboards and related database views
  • Design and promote best BI practices to champion data quality, integrity and reliability.
  • Assist BI team members with issues needing technical expertise or complex systems and programming knowledge
