The HR Specialist will play a pivotal role in acting as a business partner with all internal personnel. This role will have a direct and major impact on the entire organization. The HR Specialist will become knowledgeable in all areas of the HR function at PeopleShare. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills, who can handle multiple tasks and maintain a high level of confidentiality.


Job Summary:

  • Complete ownership of the PeopleShare On and Off Boarding Processes – this includes seamlessly managing the new hire application processes through the entire employee lifecycle up to and including terminations and/or resignations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Set up and maintain company-wide accounts including WB Mason, UPS, Money Network, and Paylocity credentials.
  • Provide IT support – troubleshoot password resets and login issues, act as a liaison for PeopleShare employees and Razor Technology, ship and receive equipment in partnership with PeopleShare Operations team.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting talent calls and arranging interviews.
  • Assist in the administration of the employee benefits programs including insurances, rewards programs, ancillary benefits, as well as Leave Management. Educate and inform employees on available benefits and provide support on enrollments.
  • Work with various software and systems including Paylocity, MS Excel, Word, Outlook and other platforms which support the HR department.
  • Work closely with all PeopleShare Corporate departments in support of branch operations.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel with the ability to learn new systems
  • Adept at problem-solving
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and must be highly organized
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment with a high sense of urgency
  • Coachable with a willingness to learn
