Job overview:

We’re searching for a talented Founding Account Executive to join our team. The main focus of this role is to drive pipeline generation through to close (full cycle).


Currently, sales are founder-led with a strong value proposition resonating with early customers. You will work closely with another AE, as well as the founder and CEO to increase customer acquisition and make it repeatable.


In this role, you will have the autonomy to build initial sales processes, iterate, and strategize as the company scales. You will be a strong individual contributor, but as the company grows, you will have the opportunity to grow into a revenue leader for Reins.


Key responsibilities:

• Create and execute strategies to drive pipeline generation through to close.

• Conduct full-cycle sales activities including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

• Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.

• Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track and report on key metrics.


Required Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle sales, with a focus on pipeline generation through to close.

• Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.

• Ability and desire to serve as a strong individual contributor.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in an autonomous work culture.
