Position Overview:

We are looking for an accomplished ServiceNow Developer with years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and be able to create custom applications, workflows, and integrations to enhance our business processes.


Key Functions and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including custom scripting and integrations.
  • Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and modules to meet changing business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform, including performance optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and new features to ensure the platform's effective use.
  • Participate in planning and executing ServiceNow upgrades and improvements.
  • Document development processes, configurations, and customizations.


Job Qualifications/Experience:

  • 5 or more years as a ServiceNow Developer, with a record of successful project implementations.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow development, including UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and workflows.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, and scripting in ServiceNow.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certification is a plus.
